Winter

A drink that encompasses a whole season. Made from a lovely combination of plums, honey and a dash of hazelnut bitters for some extra sweetness to the citrusy flavour. Garnished with thinly sliced plums and served chilled.

INGREDIENTS

60ml

Charlie Grain Vodka

1 Plum (Stoned And Peeled)

2tsp

Honey

45ml

Seltzer Water (Optional)

METHOD

Mix All The Ingredients In A Cocktail Shaker

Add Ice cubes into the glass and strain the drink

Add a dash of Hazelnut or bitters of your preference

Decorate With Thinly Sliced Plums

4. Garnish With Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves

1. Shake All The Ingredients Well In A Cocktail Shaker With Ice

2. You can add Mango Flesh or Passion Fruit Fresh

3. Fine-Strain Into Ice-Filled Glass
