Charlie Vodka mixed with fresh lime juice, pink grapefruit juice, white wine and garnished with pineapple to lend a semi-sweet and tangy twist that will leave you wanting for more.

Charlie’S Classic Vodka

10ml

Fresh Lime Juice

20ml

Pineapple Syrup (Pureed Pineapple And Simple Syrup)

75ml

Semi-Sweet White Wine

10ml

Club Soda

Few

Crushed Ice

METHOD

First, add the Pineapple Syrup- a puree of pineapple and simple syrup

Add the rest of the ingredients including the vodka and the wine

Gently mix and Strain into the flute glass slowly

Decorate with a fresh Pineapple slice
